Our guided brown bear viewing tours depart for Katmai twice daily from the Homer, Alaska airport. Tour groups fly 120 nautical miles southwest to land on the beach in Katmai National Park. We then join the bears  and Alaska wildlife in the park on foot. Grizzly bear viewing tours in Katmai last approximately 6 hrs.  

On the flight we may see glaciers, active volcanoes, whales and of course bears. Landing on a beach surrounded by true Alaskan wilderness and walking with wild grizzly bears in Katmai is an experience that leaves visitors truly awestruck.
